We have deliberately kept the minimum size at 10,000 sq. ft. because our objective is to create farmhouses, not merely residential plots. A farmhouse needs space for the house as well as a lawn, driveway, kitchen garden, fruit trees and other outdoor activities.

We believe that anything substantially smaller may compromise the very farmhouse lifestyle that Paalaar Valley is intended to offer.

Absolutely. We encourage our customers to grow their own food on their plots. Paalaar Valley has the necessary farming equipment including tractors, power weeders and other farming equipment along with livestock that helps generate farmyard manure, to support organic farming practices.

We have also earmarked a portion of land exclusively for collective farming as a shared amenity, allowing owners to participate in farming together and enjoy the experience as a community.

Absolutely. We encourage our customers to keep livestock as part of their farming activities. Livestock plays an important role in maintaining biodiversity and supporting organic farming through the generation of farmyard manure.

Several existing owners at Paalaar Valley already have cows, goats and sheep, and they form an integral part of the farming community.

Yes, absolutely. Your plot, your design and your timelines. There is no compulsion whatsoever to use our services for designing or constructing your farmhouse. Our role is simply to offer you our knowledge, infrastructure and support in turning your farmhouse dream into reality. Btw, we specialise in designing and construction of farmhouses apart from farming and livestock maintenance.
